Meat-trac's Weighing and Labeling Module- Our Solution

By networking all plant scales together we can provide real-time visibility of all scale transactions. Because we use serialized and lotted net weight labels with an industry standard EAN/UCC-128 barcode knowing what you gave away, when it happened, and where the product is at any time becomes as easy as the click of a button.

Meat-trac can be implemented with most manufactures scales allowing you to utilize existing hardware. Where existing hardware is inadequate Trace-It can offer a full line of standard and specialty scales.

Meat-trac can provide up to 3 levels of assignment through one system. In a master case situation a piece can be labeled with a UPC barcode and put in a box. The system then automatically prints out an arithmetically correct box label, and finally the box can be automatically assigned to a pallet. Trace-It provides full traceability by creating a lot number, serial number, or other grouping of a product and automatically tracking it as it flows from receiving through production and is shipped to your customer. You can assign additional information including a description, Automatic date Calculation (sell-by, use-by, etc.), and other user-definable fields.
